We hope that you will join us!  We now have an online form you can fill out and pay via Pay Pal.  You can email the form to our Membership VP, Marla at mdehdashti@majorappraisals.com or print the form and return it with a note stating that you paid online. 

Otherwise, you can pick up forms at the front office, which include a payment option by credit card and submit it, along with your check, made payable to Deerfield PTA, to your child's teacher.
